''I have had a lengthy career in hairdressing. Age 14 I was working with a barber and cutting friends hair. Working in the industry with various mentors and attending courses with Wella and Paul Mitchel. Eventually after a spell selling dog biscuits, I became a salon owner in Leigh. After 20 year I closed the doors and began working at Johnsons Hairdressing. I am now a Salon Director working with fabulous clients in Stockton Heath and enjoying working with a great team of Stylists.''

''My career began at Johnsons Hairdressing as a Saturday girl at the age of 15. My apprenticeship began at 16-year-old. Working at Johnsons has been a rewarding career for the past 11 years. My diverse skill set includes hair cutting on all types of hair and a full range of colour services. I have attended courses to gain extra qualifications. These include Hair up for all occasions and Hair Extensions. Working here is different every day and I love the challenges this brings.''

''Warrington Collegiate gave me my fist look into hairdressing. I came to Johnsons when I was 19-year-old. When I first started, I worked with the Training Manager to improve my skills by volunteering one day a week. 9 years later I have worked my way to Designer level. I have attended training courses on Colour and Hair Extension fitting. I absolutely love my job and I have built an impressive clientele.''

''Working at Johnsons Hairdressing for the past 14 years has been a joy. I stated my career at 16-year-old and went through the Apprenticeship Scheme. I have worked through all levels to become a Creative Director within the company. My skills include a full range of colour services, cut and finish on all hair types. Having returned from maternity leave, I now work 3 full days per week. Johnsons have a flexible return to work scheme after maternity leave.''

''I have worked my whole career at Johnsons Hairdressing 21 years in total. The Apprenticeship Scheme was very good for me. Working my way through the categories with the company to become a Creative Director. My skills include, hair up and wedding hair. Creative colour on all hair types including hair extensions. I have built up a great client base which includes gents. I returned to Johnsons after maternity leave and now work three full days.''

I have had several promotions during this time, I am currently a Salon Director and I have the additional responsibility for salon training for our Junior team. I have a large loyal client base and I enjoy every aspect of working here. The atmosphere is fun, whilst at the same time professional.''
